PAYMENT
Products ordered from the WWW.NUBHAN.CO.UK site can only be paid after you receive the PROFORMA Invoice.
Payment methods:
• By credit card or debit card.
• By cheque.
• By Bank transfer should be made directly to our bank account, details of which will be supplied on request.
Failure to pay all outstanding amounts by the due date will result in the order being cancelled or delayed.
Goods will be despatched once payments have been cleared for the order.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Damages
NUBHAN.CO.UK is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please ask the delivery driver to recode the damage and also send us pictures for the damage packaging materials and damaged goods in order to make the claim.
PRICE
The Supplier (NUBHAN.CO.UK) reserves the right to change the contents and/or price and/or delivery charges of any Goods at any time without prior notification - if this results from reasons beyond its control. The Supplier will, however, use its best endeavours to notify customers. The price payable shall be the total price specified in the Supplier’s current price list, less any discounts agreed in advance by the Supplier and plus the applicable cost of packaging, postage and delivery ("Delivery Charges") and VAT @20%.
TERM AND CONDITIONS
Backorder Policy
At Nubhan.co.uk we aim to only offer products for online sale where the product is readily available to ship. From time to time however, you may pay for a product that is not readily available for shipping. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible to let you know that the item or items are to be placed into our backorder system.
When an item is placed in our backorder system we will ship it to you as soon as it arrives (usually 3-5 working days).
In the event of a product being placed on backorder, while you have other available items on that order, we will ship all in-stock, available items immediately. Your backordered item(s) will be sent to you, free of charge, as soon as it arrives.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a credit for you.
